Trusted advisor to founders, C-Level executives and financial sponsors with lead roles representing over $55 billion in global Equity & Debt Capital Markets, M&A, Leveraged Finance and Project Finance. Also advised Treasury teams in various areas including foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives and working capital optimization.

 

Extensive restructuring advisory experience working with distressed companies in debtor-in-possession financings, plans of reorganization, 363 asset sales, distressed for control investments and out of court restructurings.

Paulo Zottolo

Former CEO of Philips Latin America and Nivea USA & Brazil with over 30 years of operational restructuring and M&A experience in the consumer sector.

 

Earlier in his career, Paulo was a Marketing Director for Tyco Europe where he was responsible for the company’s growth strategy in the continent including numerous acquisitions of B2B companies.

 

In 2011, moved to the U.S. where he founded and sold a successful startup in the beverage sector. Paulo built a solid reputation and differentiated career in the executive world by challenging the status quo, working hard and overcoming many challenges along the way.
