Senior Associate

Lucas Burigo is an Investment Banking professional with five years of experience in M&A advisory and Venture Capital. He specializes in providing analytical support for financial transactions, with a core focus on financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.

As part of FCL’s team, Lucas Burigo is involved in the execution of M&A transactions. His key responsibilities include building financial models, preparing valuation analyses, and creating marketing materials such as pitch books and confidential information memorandums (CIMs).

Previously, Lucas Burigo was a Venture Capital Analyst at the investment arm of Southern Brazil’s largest asset manager. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and monitoring the performance of portfolio companies. Prior to that, he began his career at a boutique investment bank, where he spent three years as an M&A Analyst, closing five deals and gaining extensive experience in both sell-side and buy-side mandates across various industries.

Lucas Burigo holds a degree in Economics from Santa Catarina State University in Brazil, which included a year of specialized study in Business at University of Coimbra in Portugal.
