Lucas Burigo is a Senior Associate on FCL’s principal investing team, supporting transaction execution, diligence, and investment analysis across active and prospective investments. His work focuses on understanding business fundamentals, evaluating risk, and supporting informed decision-making throughout the investment process.
Lucas has experience working on the principal side of lower middle-market investments, where disciplined analysis and attention to detail are critical. He supports the evaluation of acquisition opportunities, preparation of financial models, and coordination of diligence efforts alongside founders, advisors, and third-party professionals.
At FCL, Lucas works closely with founders throughout the evaluation and closing process, helping ensure clarity, responsiveness, and a structured approach as transactions progress.
